Good stuff, good friend and tea for two

- Friend Laura made some cream cheese stuffed muffins and shared a couple, still warm from the oven.  They made a delightful little breakfast and I loved how pretty it looked on my blue and white dish.

- Staying out until after 10pm on a weeknight for a lecture and late evening dinner.  The best part was just hanging out with friend Leisa, the walk to our cars on a cool autumn night, and the chuckle we had over being out so late.  :)

- And waiting in a line at the drug store for 10 minutes, just to buy bandaids, when the woman in front of me suddenly breaks into a soft shoe dance as the musak in the sound system in the store starts playing "Tea for Two."

I love it when someone gives me a reason to smile.  I hope that happens to you this weekend, too!  Hope it is lovely!

What a treat. I would have smiled very loudly to see another customer break into dance in the pharmacy. Thank you for this image - and have a great weekend.

Oh that plate makes a pretty picture!

10:00, my, my. Back in college our evenings would just begin at 10:00. Nowadays I'm snoring loudly by that time.

Wow 10.00pm for me is very early! Well I am a dj. :D Also I often do late night shopping at midnight.

I've never had cream cheese stuffed muffins, but they sure look good!

Have a lovely weekend Lynn!

Elephant's Child -

I also loved that the two women with her weren't embarrassed at all. :)

Leonora -

I know - same here. I'm rarely out past 8pm during the week (or the weekend, for that matter.)

Joe -

I get up at 5am Monday - Friday, so I get sleepy very early. Otherwise - I enjoy late night, too.

It was good, too. :) "Learning to Walk in the Dark" - lecture by Reverend Barbara Brown Taylor. She is writing a book on that topic, in which she explores the theological side of darkness and how darkness has gotten a bad reputation.

Joanne -

They have those same muffins at Starbucks - she got her hands on the recipe somehow.

happygirl -

Thank you - it's there for all of us.

Yum! I want strawberries now. And my only funny experience at the pharmacy involved Mr. RK and his phone...I will have to tell you about it.
