Fallen foliage, it has its perks and pretty

- And the rain in metro Atlanta continues.  I was leaving for a meeting early on Saturday morning and thought the fallen leaves on the wet sidewalk were beautiful.  That's my 10-year-old car ahead, photo bombing the photo.

- A friend is posting on facebook one thing per day she is thankful for during the month of November.  I am thankful not to be the one who has to bag all of these leaves!  That's why I live in a condo.

- Ending on a cheery note with the pretty flowers in my kitchen.  I kind of like the leaf pictures though.

I hear the sun might make an appearance tomorrow.  Fingers crossed!

Yes unfortunately I'm one of the sad people that has to sweep and rake up all the leaves so they don't seem quite so beautiful to me!

Trust your car to want to to get into the action too. :D

We've had non stop rain since we arrived back from Egypt, so I'm hoping for some dry weather but sun would be a big bonus!

I always love your photos, Lynn. To me they have a certain, special allure about them.

I don't know what it is, but there is something special about falling leaves. We used to pick up the most lovely and place them along the center of the Thanksgiving table as decoration. Whispering leavers have so many stories to tell if we listen closely:-) I know you listen Lynn.

Hi Lynn - I agree fallen leaves are amazing .. but even better if the sun is shining on them - we have a dearth of that great big orb too ... I thought I had a new star the other night .. but it was seeing two bits of the new moon behind a cloud! Love your flowers in the kitchen .. cheers Hilary

After spending the morning raking up fallen leaves, I'm a bit sick of them mine are more a soggy mess after the rain we've had.

We sure could use some of that rain here, my dear! The leaves are Beautiful, and so are your flowers---each in it's own special way......! I have some Fall leaves from a few years ago, sitting on a plate with some inspirational stones and some dried roses---on my glass table in the Living Room!

I have tons to use for blogger (Leaf pics). Now I need a new computer first- Going to get the old from storage for altered stuff.
I actually miss Maplebeard leaf-bagging after dark- I miss the trees more than the house!
