My beloved mother passed away at home on Sunday morning. She was having a mid-morning nap and just slipped away. We will miss her so much. I am very sad, but glad that she is at peace.
You all have always been so lovely in your comments - thank you for your prayers during the last few days. I will be away from blogging this week, but will see you all next week.

Oh I'm so so sorry Lynn. I'm glad she passed away as she was having a nap, that has to be the best way to go. At least she is at peace and with the Lord now. My prayers are with you and your family.

It was always a pleasure to read the various stories and good times that you wrote about in regards to your mom. At times she felt like a distant family member that you would visit on a yearly basis, but when you did, you had a blast in doing so.

I am sorry your mom is gone. This is a hard journey at times. My 79 year old momma lost her battle with breast cancer on January 14, 2012. Sending my prayers and listening ears.
