Pit stop, cat hotel and caped crusaders

- I have no photo this morning, so am going to the desktop for saved photos.  Somehow this photo of great nephew Monroe makes me fast forward in my head to when he actually is behind that wheel.  (Note the hand on lower left holding on to him - he can't stand on his own yet.)  Love those cheeks!

- Anyone who ever had a cat will get this.  :)

- Caped crusaders wash the windows at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.  (Photo on facebook.)  I can only imagine the excitement of seeing that from the inside.  Lovely that they did that.

A smattering of good things from my desktop.  More good things are sure to come this weekend for all of us.  May it be a good one!

What a cutie Monroe is! I just want to kiss those cheeks!
#3 is very cool. Although, as a kid I might have been scared to see a masked face at my window : )

Ahhhh, I love all 3! The Cat Hotel one especially made me giggle. At this very moment our largest cat has himself scrunched into a shoe box, most of him is hanging out -- like a muffin top. :) That might be the $20.00 room. :)

And the Caped Crusaders smile with my heart. Maybe that'll catch on to other hospitals.

Lynnie-Bo-Binnie, I hope the rest of your day and your weekend are as wonderful as you!!

That window washing idea is so cute!
Your nephew looks like he is saying "What??!"

Claudia -

Isn't that lovely?

Leonora -

Thank you - he is a delight.

True about the face at the window - I hadn't thought of that. Perhaps they had warning.

Joanne -

I think so, too.

Sandie -

I know - I'm sure I'll blink and 15.5 years will have passed...

Jannie -

My cat Sophie used to love getting in paper bags when she was a kitten. She was happily in one one day when her adult sibling Cleo laid herself across the opening. I said, "That's one way to get rid of her, Cleo." :)

Same to you, my friend!

He does. He's been around so many adults in his short life that he seems to adapt to anything.

Make sure you always know where this picture of Monroe can be found so you can post it next to his first photo after he gets his driver's license. Oh wait, I guess it will always be here:)

Cheers Hilary

Adorable little driver Monroe is there! Don't pinch those cheeks too hard- Cat Hotel- funny! What about the place ontop of the bookshelves where they can add room by pushing stuff off?
Amazing Super-Hero gig there- Didn't realize it was a photo at first- colors kinda look like a painting. Great place to help out.
Hope your week-end goes well, n you're much warmer there than up here! Heat wave in the 20Fs going on today- Yay, only need one winter coat...

Me, too. And after remodeling my laundry room, there's really no place for a litter box anymore, so I guess I will remain pet free.

Ily -

Mine didn't either, but I've seen my sister's cat do that. So funny.

Riot Kitty -

Thank you and happy Friday to you!

FB -

I loled, too. :)

I hope you are better and have gotten some rest - I have worried about you, my friend.

That last photo is a classic. How cool!

Our cats were never interested in the top of the fridge. Heaven for them was laying on the boiler.

Loved the pictures. Monroe is adorable. He looks like he's saying, "You want ME to drive?" I realize it will not be long before he's really saying "Please, please I want to drive."

the cat hotel cartoon is wonderful. I laughed. Give our gloomy day today, it was needed. So, thank you for making me laugh.

I know - my mind flashed forward to Monroe behind the wheel.
