Silvery world, snow woman and happy V day!

- It was a silvery world when I got up yesterday morning.  A layer of snow fell during the night and made it all so beautiful.

- I cropped my friend's daughter out of the photo for her privacy, but thought you'd like her "snow woman" as much as I do.

 - And Happy Valentine's Day, friends!  This skeletal Valentine lady was spotted in a thrift shop in tiny Bowman, Georgia, where my dad grew up.  I liked this shop.  Who wouldn't like a shop that sells china and sombreros in the same area + has a startling Valentine greeter at the front door?

I just had to post some more snow pics - it's that unusual in this area.  I've enjoyed my days at home, but will head into the office this morning.  Hope you have a wonderful weekend, my friends!

Love the Valentine Greeter. Do you think he/she was kept waiting that little bit too long?
Have a wonderful love and laughter filled weekend.

Are those beautiful flowers some kind of Iris? Are they real?

That snow woman is spectacular.

You better enter that valentine's day greeter in Chatty Crone's contest. I doubt she will have any like it.

Happy V-Day to you. I can understand about the snow pictures. I almost envy you:~)

That last picture of the skeleton is a bit scary, but funny. It made me smile. I always like that.

You have a good day, okay?

Joe -

I know - and my sister was embarrassed that I was taking a photo of it. :) The sisters don't know about my blog and they probably wonder why I am snapping photos of odd things like this.

Elephant's Child -

I think that's it. :) I hope the same for you this weekend, my friend.

Snaggle -

Happy Valentine's Day to you, too (belated!) I know - my sis in northern VA texted that it is snowing again there this a.m.

Naomi -

It is - I love it, too. :) I hope you had a happy Valentine's day, too.

Granny Annie -

That is the orchid that friend Janice got me for my birthday. I'm putting three ice cubes in it for watering once a week, as she said to, and so far, so good.

Yes - that is one creative child who made that snow woman.

And I did enter the Valentine's greeter in Sandie's contest. :)

Joanne -

I know - why do they have that wig anyway? Must ask.

Jerry -

Thank you - very kind of you.

Betty -

Thank you and hugs to you!

Sara -

It's pretty and I enjoyed it my time at home, but it sure put us behind at work. I worked like a maniac yesterday getting things caught up and dodged having to work today. :)

FB -

I figured the Valentine's greeter would be either love it or hate it. :) I'm thinking you could write a poem around that.

Lee -

Thank you and you, too!

I'm with you on snow novelty, we've been walking around in the snow here. My family thinks I'm nuts. But they probably knew that before this trip!
