Thursday morning 7am, Ed the bunny and happy Easter

 - The "Worm" moon was so beautiful Wednesday morning, huge and golden, and I was sorry I didn't take time to photograph it (although that takes more technique than snapping with an iPhone.)  The Waning Gibbous moon was still beautiful Thursday morning, so I snapped a photo with said phone while waiting to turn onto Northlake Parkway.  The moon looks fuzzy here, but I kind of like the effect of the 7am morning - busy and bustling with the early birds getting started with their day.

 - I can't believe it myself, that I am posting a photo of the inside of my cluttered refrigerator, but it's to display my chocolate Easter bunny there in the back.  It's lived there since 2002, when I won it as a gag prize at a summertime church event.  The former music director at my church, Ed, asked me the next day at church if I had eaten it yet.  "Nope - I'm keeping it forever," I said.  And then I decided to name it Ed.  This Good Thing was inspired by Kitchen Connection Lee's post about her fridge bunny named Clint.  :)  Check out her post HERE.

- The dogwood trees on the street where I live are so beautiful right now.  Happy Easter, my friends!

Hi Lynn - I could not keep chocolate in my fridge that long - if at all! I'm glad he's called Ed ... Peregrine would be a bit much ... Enjoy the weekend - and I love your photo ... cheers Hilary

I think that Ed and Clint should become pen pals...

Worm moon... that's a strange name. Although it explains why I saw robins hopping all over my little front lawn this morning. The worms must be stirring!

That bunny would have been long gone if it had been in our household. Happy Easter Lynn!

I can't believe you and I both were captured by Clint, Lee's chocolate rabbit. I gave her a shout out as well. LOL

At least your picture of the moon turned out. I have never successfully photographed one.

Clint has a pen pal...over on the other side of the world!! I wonder if Clint and Ed blog! Now I know what that noise I hear in the wee small hours of the morning is! It's Clint typing away on his blog!!! lol

Happy Easter, Lynn. :)

Funny story about the chocolate bunny in the fridge and doesn't everyone name inanimate objects?
Happy Easter to you as well, Lynn.

OH, I saw this beautiful moon on my way to work this past week, and as I was going up a hill at the time, it made it look even that much larger!
I LOVE Ed at the back of your fridge! I have a small gingerbread house that my son made when he was about 5 years old and it lives in my tiny freezer. I just couldn't throw it out, even at that age, his creation looked as if it had been made by an adult!
Happy Easter!

Ed the Bunny sounds very cool. 14 years and running. Unless that fridge breaks down, I'm thinking he'll be there to the very end.

Ooooh. I so *wish* that we had blooming dogwood here! Lynn; swai fish is a lot like tilapia but not as fishy tasting (it works really well for the background flavor in a fish chowder.) Hope you are well! ;-) Karen
