Morning solace, good yarn and must be tasty

- Running out of Kalahari Red Tea at work and reverting to my old friend Earl Grey. Still delicious.

- Finishing my book on CD, "Deep South" by Nevada Barr and finding that I would like to listen to more of her Anna Pigeon series. Since I have a bit of a commute, listening to a story makes it so much better. I have to really look through the audio books already on the shelves at the library and was not sure if this author would suit me, but her story turned out to be a good yarn.

I admit to having read only one real book in about the past 5 years, "The Diving Bell And The Butterfly," because the movie had struck me so.

The "story" stays with me. And I say story because it was a true life event.

Do you know it? God, what a sad yet beautiful and triumphant experience.

You know - I have that film in my Netflix queue, because I've heard so much about it. I will have to look for the book and add it to the list.

It is difficult to find time to actually sit down and read a book, isn't it? It is taking me longer and longer. Right now I'm reading, "The Opposite of Fate" by Amy Tan, because my book group is reading memoirs this month.
