Comeback, private dances and opportunity

- There was lots of rain, thunderous thunder and lightening popping around all weekend, continuing on into this morning. But between raindrops it was lovely to see all the greening up.

- A migrating flock of geese in their customary V pattern flies into view during a commute while classical music entitled, "Private Dances" is playing on the radio. A perfect synchronization.

- Discovering a dish of chocolate Easter candy on the coffee table at Marjory's home during (suburban) book group discussion. Friend Shelley and I deliberate over our choice and agree that life is too short to let a candy eating opportunity pass by. :)

I love to see the geese.

How was your book discussion?

Me, too - I heard the geese before I saw them.

And the book discussion was good - about 10 minutes of that and then on to life. A lovely bunch of friends. :)

So beautiful to see that spring green emerging! I'm soooo jealous! :)

I've never met a chocolate I didn't like - except for those chocolate covered cherries!

Life goes on even tho hell scrams and roars
In a flying V the geese do dance to your radio
Chocolate taste no sweeter then
at a home of one you know

Lynn,

I agree about the "greening up." Things are so very bring green right now. I love springtime green:~)

Isn't that true of geese, you definitely can hear them when they fly by!!!

I agree about the sweets...life is too short not to enjoy them.

Such happy 3s. Thank you:~)

I'll be jealous of your summer temps, I'm sure. :) We'll be boiling down here soon.

Yes - I don't like that syrupy stuff they put around chocolate covered cherries, although I can imagine a just a cherry dipped in chocolate would be tasty.

Ellis -

I missed the hell scamming and roaring. Thank you for my poem!

Mama Zen -

I know! I love Cadbury's eggs and Reese's eggs. Yum.

I do love it when everything is so fresh and new. Thank you - I'm always glad to see you here. I'll be in your neck of the woods next weekend.

Me, too. :)

I must *really* be a pervert because when I read "private dance" I immediately thought, "HUH?!"

Great pic with all the green sprouts! I love when two unrelated events get put together to make a unique experience- like the Geese n the tune. Better grab a little Easter candy, due to the long wait we have until the next candy related theme holiday of Halloween!

Riot Kitty -

Yes - it sounds like that, but it was actually very melodious flowing music. What's that about? :)

Snaggle -

I always weigh on Tuesday morning and I still lost a pound despite eating that candy - must be the walking. :) I find it hard to resist when it is put in front of me.

Life IS too short for that!! Starbucks is now carrying cake pops, Kelly and I had one each today. If you see those, try not to let that opportunity pass by, either!! Yummy, and only $1.39!

Um, what a magical moment that sound with the birds and the music. Synchronous and uplifting.

We had a 15-minute hail storm on Saturday afternoon camping. It was actually kinda fun. It cooled down the day and kids had little rivers to play in later.
