- I think I post this same scene every season, but it bears repeating. Pink and white dogwood trees, captured on Saturday morning at the condos. Click here for the October version. I'll have to make sure to snap it in July and January, too.
- Special weekend breakfast of poached eggs on English muffins after my weekend morning walks. Something I never tire of and the poached eggs are a big cheat - using the microwave poacher for 45 seconds.
- Reading about many spring break trips on facebook, but deciding that hanging around my place is not so bad either. Reading, catching up on dvrd programs, downloading music. It was lovely.

I believe there is nothing more beautiful than a host of dogwood, redbud, and lilacs in the spring.
I like your way of spending your spring break...that's my kind of thing. :)
I like poached eggs, too.
And as for your photo...it is not a scene I'd get sick of any time soon. So you can post it or a similar one over and over again...it's beautiful.
We should never take the beauty of Nature for granted, but so easily and unconsciously we do too often.
Love that view. Post and repost, I will never tire of it.
And boring is fine. The Chinese curse 'May you live in interesting times' speaks to me. Boring is better than fine.
That's such a lovely road-- a walk on it each morning and I'll die happy :)

Dogwoods! Two years ago it was so warm here in march that they bloomed early. This year is different. it snowed overnight (!) and we broke the all time record for snowfall in a season. Ugh. Enough already. So, I envy you your dogwoods!
I think I brought your Braves some luck last night. I tuned in for one batter and Andrelton Simmons hit a homerun! They said it was their third in a row!
That doesn't sound boring to me. :)
Hi Lynn - love the dogwoods and being home is so relaxing sometimes .. just being ..
Enjoy and have a peaceful time .. I love poached eggs - don't do them very often - cheers Hilary
You make it difficult to be sad or depressed. If the day is looking bad, I can open your blog and be sure to find something beautiful to start my day. Thank you Lynn.
Someday we shall do that breakfast of lounging about. We'll get the scenery soon, so that breakfast will make our morning complete.
That view is so pretty!!
Sounds perfectly wonderful, Lynn :-)
Too cold here today to mention.
Such a beautiful path to follow there- Haven't had poached eggs in a while, I avoid microwave. Relaxing anywhere is good! I really don't get enough of it-
Gorgeous shot, Lynn. Makes me completely jealous and excited at the same time. Can't wait until our blossom trees are decked out in their finery!
Happy Easter, Lynn! :-)

I know - I love them, too.

I didn't actually have a break, but that's how I spent my weekend. :) I was just overwhelmed with all the friends traveling to awesome places on facebook and posting their travel photos. #notbitter :)

Great - I will make sure to photograph it more.
Boring is good - I agree.

Spring is coming your way soon. Promise.
And you make sure to watch the Braves more often then! :)
Riot Kitty -
Well it's not quite hiking in Montana as one friend did, but still good.
Hilary -
Just being. I like that.
Cheers to you!
Granny Annie -
I'm so glad - that makes me want to keep doing it.
