- The apple scented candle I've been burning in my kitchen makes me think of someplace pleasant that I can't put my finger on. And this morning, while unloading the dishwasher, it came to me. My sister's mountain home kitchen. Ahhh...
- More early morning activity: watering the outside plants that are under the eaves, including the Easter lily pictured on Sunday. I promise the as yet potted geraniums (out in the open) that rain is on the way for them today.
Happy Earth Day!

My partner is an avid golf fan, and plays almost every day on holiday. I'm not, but I do love golf courses.
I need to water all my plants now we've returned to the UK. Not much fun!
Wonderful Easter photos (especially the middle one) on your previous post! Yes, I'm so relieved that May is around the corner! We have a bit of warmer weather here, too but not alot of green nor flowers...yet!
Newsflash though, Lynn! My husband saw the FIRST hummingbird today poking around on his dry feeder! Yeah!!!!
I have a sister in law who plays golf most days. Not for me. I agree with Mark Twain.
Glad that you found peace after your off day.
I love how fragrance can transport us. Lovely shots, Lynn! Oh, I'd love to play on that course!
May we see you in May, if not before, if you may. :)
I'm so excited for May..hopefully that will mean the nice weather is finally here to stay!
They can have some of the rain that is pouring cats and dogs here!
I hope that you had fun on Earth Day. It was kind of chilly but what do we do?
I hope you had a nice Easter. My hubby would appreciate the golfers. That's what he's doing today -- playing golf.
I adore scented candles. My favorite is vanilla...not very creative, but it smells nice.
We have had lots of rain, but today is sparkling with sunshine. It's really pretty.
Have a great day, Lynn:~)
Yes, a lovely trek in the beauty of nature spoiled by all that gear to lug, sticks to swing at balls, balls to fetch (or buy more of) and the 8 or 16 holes always in the same order! :)
Candles, hmmmn, hang on...
Okay, I've got one, A mason jar of Heavenly Scent cinnamon. It transports me to the wooden bench under the wild rose bower not far from the long beds of lilies and dahlias on the right side of the drive way at my grandmother Knowles'. So... there's more than cinnamon in that magic!! :)
And thanks so much for interacting with my FB posts. I probably won't have time to answer many comments and such over there as friend count grows, but..... I still will chat you up on my blog! :)

Nature does heal us. I have one of those candles too- reminds of Mom's apple pies at old home. The plants here are waiting n waiting!
I hope your Easter was fun n warm, n you got some chocolate.
Where am I? Where have I been? Have I really missed this and the next two of your posts? They are all so beautiful and something must be off course in my brain. I know you forgive me. Thanks.
