Hi Lynn - the blossom trees are just wonderful aren't they - I'm sure I'll find Eastbourne centre full of flowering cherries .. pink ones .. when I go down shortly. We've got lots of greening up around - lovely!
I love spring and seeing how the trees bloom. While my Japanese Magnolia is now totally green, we still have some "lacy" trees, as well. I like that term, by the way. It fits.
Oh, I'm so jealous of those greens, Lynn! Can't wait to see some signs here...though 2 Grackles did show up at the feeder yesterday and the chipmunks are running amok in the garden so there's hope. :)
Growing vegetation! You are so lucky- All my spring things are waiting for snow to melt again... Not warm enough to plant indoor seeds yet- normally would have 2 weeks ago. Pretty stuff here
It seems Atlanta and Austin are decidedly on the same seasonal schedule.
I want to fling myself upon that moss in the second photo. Hopefully no fire ants there, tho? Those hurtful critters do keep me from much bodily moss flinging here in TX.
Thx for commenting on FB, finally got back on after a log-in glitch. (Wrote my new password down this time, whoohoo.)
They are wonderful - I love this time of year. I'm so glad you get to see them soon, too.
Cheers to you!
Joanne -
It is and then gone too soon. I love it.
Joe -
I've seen a lot of car cleaning, too.
Granny Annie -
My mom used to say that little poem just like that!
Thank you - I those flowers are coming your way shortly. I know it.
Sara -
I like that term, too. And I LOVE Japanese magnolias - they always seem to be in some yard I'm not stopped in traffic in front of, so I haven't snapped any photos of them, but they are so lovely.
It's all so very Beautiful....! My very Favorite Season is Spring....Everything is coming back to life and there is such beautiful soft colors in the early stages---like those two trees-----Both just gorgeous!

G'day Lynn....there's something very comforting about your photos...I'm sure that feeling comes through in reality, too.
Lovely. :)

Don't be - it's coming your way before you know it. Isn't "amok" a great word?
Riot Kitty -
Yes - except I'm always just walking hard for exercise.

Yes - everything seems to be at least two weeks late, in general.
Jannie -
I don't know - there might be fire ants, but I haven't seen any yet. Maybe it's still too cold out. :)
It was good to see you and Kelly on fb. :)
