Adjustment, pleasant call and loving the lattes

- Little Lucky (niece Amanda's dog) - apparently feeling usurped by the new kitty at my sister's house by burrowing in big dog Moby's bed to hide out. Amanda carries Lucky wherever she goes and he adapts.

- Driving by a teenager standing on the sidewalk using her cellphone. She snaps it shut and turns with a pleased smile to go in the house.

- Coworker Joanne gives me a Starbucks gift card as a thank you for delivering her stained glass materials for her. Totally unnecessary, but it has been fun to have an excuse to stop for random Grande Non-fat Lattes to go. :)

That's neat about the pleasant call. :-)

Kittens do have a lot of energy! I'm sure poochie and Pete will end up good buds.

And did someone say coffee?? Yum!

I hope the teenager wasn't phoning her drug dealer!

Sorry, joking. Kinda.

Cute dog. :)

Little Lucky has the look of the defeated dog who has to share space with a kitten - lol!

He was given up for adoption by a woman who had a terminal illness. Amanda's friend was fostering him until a new owner could be found. Amanda applied and got him. (this was a few years ago.) He is a love.

Jannie -

I hear that Lucky and Brother Pete rubbed heads yesterday. Moby is still not coming to the party yet. :)

Coffee - part of my blood type - Type 0-positive caffeine. xo

Lance -

I love me some Starbucks, too. Or any place that makes a strong latte. Starbucks just happens to be 'round the corner.

Top of the morning to you, too! Thank you for my poem! :)

Joe -

Very suspicious of you! :) I prefer to think she was making a date for Friday night!

Oh I know - I think there is territory being staked out, big time. There was also a photo of Brother Pete on a windowsill beyond Moby's reach.

Aw, love Little Lucky! :) What a cutie!

Btw, I think Starbucks gift cards are one of the best presents anyone could give or receive! Enjoy your lattes.

I think all of the best things in life are probably totally unnecessary!

Yes - I agree. I'm going to tell family that for Christmas. :)

Riot Kitty -
She sells her artwork in a shop that I go by anyway, because my friend Susan owns it. So I didn't need a reward, but thought it was lovely of her anyway.

Mama Zen -

I think so, too. :)

Any gift certificate is a blessing, especially when broke before payday!
