- Neighbor Rhonda called in the afternoon and said our street was blocked off at the end I usually drive in on, so I walked in the park near work to give it time to clear out. Fortunately I had the stuff to walk in with me. And I needed that head-clearing walk. I haven't been in this park since last November - it was good to see it. The lovely young magnolia tree is just blossoming out (click to enlarge) and some good songs volunteered on my iPod. Life is good.
- Coworker and friend Bren's grandson will play one of The Three Little Pigs at a school play in May. They are gathering items for the costume(s) and so I volunteered to order pig snouts. This was the most fun I had all week! Her sweet grandson gets to be the pig with the sticks.
Yay - it's Friday! Hope you have a lovely weekend!

Isn't coming home nice when you have it set up to your liking?
At first, I saw the pig snouts and thought that you were making some kind of strange SOUP. But, I am assuming they are plastic!
K
I can't tell you how I laughed when I realized that was a bag of pig snouts! Don't see that every day.
Lynn, you have pink snouts and we just bought red noses to give to our grandchildren this Sunday...and, of course, we had to get them for ourselves as well. Wearing these should make for an interesting photo!
My Dad was a bit peeved when he bought some pig ears for his dog recently and realized that they were not really ears but just bits of skin put together to make them LOOK like ears! Hey, you can't fool a country boy from Georgia! (Fooled me, they looked like ears to me!) They came apart as they dog chewed on them, and you could see he was right!
Pig snouts, what will you show us next? :-)
the magnolias are at their best here just now, lovely to see them
hat does sound like fun!
The begonia plants are gorgeous. I love those shiny, bright green leaves!
Thanks for your visit, my dear......Struggling with Health Issues and Computer problems, too......And Mercury is Retrograde! (OY!) "Other than that Mrs. Lincoln......"......I always enjoy your pictures----especially those lovely Flowers and your Beautiful Parks, too. Pig Snouts----now that is challenging, and fun, too....lol!

all this story did tell
if one was first and the other last
I guess all would still be well
