Wisdom of the door, smile and raising hand

It's been a busy several days, y'all.  Mostly good, but no photos capturing anything good.  Sometimes I question what I'm doing in life, and then I just settle down to the status quo - which is pretty good.  I have no complaints.  But I do love this thought and try to remember this wisdom of the door.

I love that someone actually captured this photo.  And it made me smile.

Ain't that the truth!  Finger pointing at myself.  :)

All images taken from facebook, I think.  I've been collecting for a "rainy" day.  Hope you have a wonderful weekend, my friends, full of good things!

Lynn, I've missed you. I'm appreciating (more) humor in my life (right now...!) Love the quote..."Most of all, I want your acorn hat." :) ((Thank you)) for (making me) smile.

Karen :)

P.S. Not all doors are worth going thru.

Hi lg -

I'm behind on visiting blogs - but will be around today for sure. I've taken on an additional volunteer position that is taking a lot more time than I expected. I'll settle in soon, I'm sure - it's a little outside my comfort zone.

True about the door - things happen for a reason.

Oh that closed door that I always try to push open. Want that acorn hat too. And as much as I try, I can't hide crazy:-)

Love all of the snippets you have given us. I need to remember to door one, and my crazy self is sure that the Buddha would happily share his hat.
I hope your volunteer work settles down.

I hope you have a great weekend, too, Lynn!

Mine will be watching history being made...Venus and Serena up against each other in tonight's Australian Open Women's Final. And tomorrow night the men's final is proving it will be historic, too...Rafa and Roger face off again. Two dream match-ups.

Take care. :)

I often question what I'm doing in life, especially at the moment. But like you, I cling on to the good stuff, that's all we can do.

That photo of the buddha and squirrel made me grin.

Thanks for the smiles, Lynn, and that last saying sure rang true for me having lived in the South for 12 years, but not really being a "southerner."
