- A wee visitor to the printing company entertaining herself (and us) by visiting each of our cubicles for a chat, and her initial presentation of herself with a "Boo!"
- Pulling out my beloved open toed shoes for the first time and vowing to stick with them, even if the temperature on the first day of spring is starting out at 40 degrees. :)

I am SO excited about this day. Spring!! I hope yours is perfect- enjoy those shoes : )
Happy Spring, Lynn! :)
No open-toed shoes here for a while unless we want Popsicle toes! :)
I think it's going to be 30 degrees today....I wish I had the nerve to wear open-toed shoes!
Someone better kill that groundhog. He told such a lie. Sweet surprise with littles in the office. :)
Your flowers are simply gorgeous!
Hi Lynn .. gorgeous hyacinths - love them and their scent ... Boo from a youngster sweetie pie - yeah absolutely can have those hanging around!
Crumbs - open toed shoes .. oh oh - no still too cold - would love to get them out .. too wet too ..
Cheers and enjoy Spring springing forward ... Hilary
And here it has been snowing off and on :-)
Pretty flowers and perfect for Spring.
I love the "boo" it's a perfect intro.
Sandals...I never wear open-toed shoes. I have funky feet and my second toe is longer than my first...it looks weird:~(
Happy day to you:~)
Ooooh hyacinths. I have ordered some more for spring. Gorgeous scent (if you are not sensitive to it) and some stunning colours.
And I love the introduce yourself with a boo concept. Smiles.
Leonora -
I saw the first little layer of pollen on my car last weekend. The next few weeks, we'll be covered with it, I guess.
Talon -
Happy Spring to you! That's true, since you are in the Great White North. :)
Joanne -
That's a little too cold for that, I guess. We are getting up to the 60s in the afternoons and it's always hot where I work, so the open toes work for me.
happygirl -
I know! And the little one is so adorable, as are her two older sisters. All three get along so well.
Claudia -
Thank you -
Hilary -
Someone scattered a few bulbs around in our community several years ago, and they faithfully bloom. I'll bet they are shivering down there this morning - it's 39 degrees.
Cheers!
Sage -
You live in the Great White North, too. :)
Sara -
I thought everyone's second toe was longer? Mine is, too.
The Elephant's Child -
The scent is lovely - I agree. And she was wearing pink mary janes, with characters from The Little Mermaid on the toes. So cute.
We finally have some color with the first appearance of daffodils.
Yesterday the part time postal worker had her young daughter with her. First the child grabbed the money I put on the counter. When I went to get my mail out of our box she jumped up on the other side and yelled Boo. I hope our important letter makes it to the VA.
Started to get out my open toed shoes then rethinking as I looked at the condition of my toenails. Yikes!
Those are beautiful! Great pics.
I'm not quite brave enough for open toed shoes, as it's been in the 30s in the morning here. And hail/rain/sun off and on yesterday for the first day of spring.
WWWWow!!!!! It is 28 degrees up here in the High Country!!!!! I love seeing those flowers...you mean...there is hope? :-)
I can definitely appreciate the stick-to-itness of wearing lighter stuff for spring.
We're still suffering through some snow flurries and yet I've ditched my heavy winter jacket for my fleece hoody, because I'm determined to enjoy every single minute of spring.
Great pics of the pretty smelling blue first bloomers! i wonder if my pink Hyacinth bulb out on the deck is trying to peek thru the falling snow today. I haven't checked-
I love cute little visitors who are allowed to break the adult serious working thing. Where I work, kids usually get something frosted to eat!
Yikes- my toes are cold for you! I've got 2 pairs of socks in heavy shoes for snow walking. Hope you get warmth down south there!
Granny Annie -
Sounds as if there is a whole "Boo" movement afoot! She was there briefly with her grandmother again yesterday. She appeared around the corner to show me some stickers. So cute.
Time for a pedicure, huh? Me, too.
Riot Kitty -
I was so cold last night at home (and after going to bed) that I think I should return to closed toed shoes until it's warmer. It's 39 degrees again this morning.
lg -
Yes - and I'll say the next couple of weeks will tell the tale.
G -
We are actually supposed to have snow flurries this morning. I guess that groundhog was wrong!
Snaggle -
I'll bet it's fun to visit your workplace. :) Yum.
Wearing closed toed shoes this morning.
Did you get some snow on those lovely toes of yours?? :)
xoox
