- A sign of the times - a few workers in this office building in midtown Atlanta bicycle in. I've seen more and more of this lately with rising fuel prices. Just last week at different times - two women in business attire on motor scooters.
- A coworker gives birth to a 9.1 pound baby boy and gives him a rather grand name containing three names of former presidents of the United States, including his already Presidential last name.
- An individual dark chocolate ganache tart containing a surprise center - a fresh strawberry. Cheers to client Jenn's birthday and whoever made those for her.

My sister-in-law named all her children after presidents. :) Chocolate and strawberry, yum.
So is the child "Jimmy Bill Barack Johnson" or "George-George Ronald Ford"?
You had me from "chocolate ganache tart".
Motor scooters are definitely the way to go if you can't do a bicycle.

It was yum. :)

She probably wouldn't want me to post her baby's name, but all three names came from presidents who took office prior to 1850. :) It was purely unintentional on her part - when I remarked upon the name when she announced it a few months ago, she said one of her friends said the same thing - a presidential sounding name.

One woman was in the pouring rain one day, wearing a slicker over a business suit and high heels - riding a Vespa.
Yay for the cyclists!!
I bike into work about 2/3 of the time during the summer - it's great exercise!! (and...I've just got in from a 10 mile ride this morning!)
That tart sounds divine!
Yummy on the tart! And it sounds like that baby has a lot to live up to :)
It's great to see the bikes though I'd be scared to bike in heavy traffic - people don't seem to respect bikers at all!
I love my scooter!

Hope the baby thrives n lives up to his important name!

I think you're an exercise machine! I am impressed about the 10 miles.

Two bites of divine-ness. :)

That area is particularly congested with traffic - maybe that's why there aren't more.

Hawaii would be a wonderful place for that, I would think.

Done!

The baby has two great parents, so I'm sure he will thrive.
How did I miss this? Fellow bicyclists!
