- My church's mortgage has been retired and we had a celebration after services. They brought in The Varsity truck - the whole nine yards of famous fast food. It was fun standing in line discussing favorite Varsity memories with other church members.
- Working on a grant request all afternoon and celebrating (mostly) finishing it with hummus, romano cheese crisps and a glass of Merlot.
- My sister Brenda was talked into participating in a pie eating contest on Saturday, but didn't win. My question, "What kind of pie?" It was apple, but blueberry would have been more fun - I think.
