- I love The Rolling Stones and him, too. Andy Warhol signed this print and so did Mick Jagger. The last day of the Warhol "exhibit" here.
- I have a facebook account with 88 friends and don't know how that even happened, because I hardly pay it any attention at all. But loving this message from my niece in Portland, Oregon, who is clearly displaying her southern heritage with this wall posting: "Thanks for my birthday call - i bout died of joy (as my mom would say!)"
- An evening meeting with a group of women ending with a lovely dessert - a springy trifle with delicate layers of sponge cake, custard, mandarin oranges and cherries. Yum. And before dinner, too. :)
Have a great weekend, y'all!

Thank you - Andy has definitely gotten more than his 15 minutes of fame this week (thanks to Snaggle for reminding of the 15 minutes thing.) :)

Works for me!
I 'bout died of joy finding your blog, my dear Lynn!!
I hardly ever look at my FB either. Thinking of switching it to a Jannie Funster one, instead of my real name. You think?? I dunno... Only so much time in the world.
xoxo
deer lynn, i thinks you haz 88 frends, one for each kee on a piano, becasue you brings so mutch music into peepil's lives!!
xxoo
me, blue bunny, wot loves yoo!!
I'm happy not to have a Facebook account. :D I don't know 88 people! :D
Jannie -
Oh what a day that was when you found my humble blog!
I have an email address that is just for vendor stuff and I get alerts on it when someone wants to Facebook "friend" me or someone writes on my wall. That's the only time I go to FB. You might thing about a Jannie Funster facebook page - I would definitely become a fan!
Blue Bunny -
Wow - 88 keys on a piano - I did not know that! You know - there is a FB contingent from high school, church, college, family and friends. They all add up. My client Lisa's cat Beau Freeman even has a facebook page. Kind of like Sockington the Cat, who is all over Twitter and Facebook. Maybe your Jannie should set up a Blue Bunny Facebook page! If so, I'm in! Slogan - Will Work For Karrits!

If you add up all the people you associate with, you probably do. :) But it is not a big part of my life either. I am most devoted to blogging.
Dessert before dinner? Now that's my idea of dinner :)
Loved seeing the Warhol art, Lynn. Thank you for that!

I ended up having to go from work, to volunteer work, to meeting and then finally home, where I had a salad at about 9pm. :)
I'm glad - I've put so much pressure on myself to have a photograph every day that the Warhol exhibit provided a few days of that. I could have kept going - there was also John Wayne and Annie Oakley in the series they called Cowboys and Indians. :)
I'm thinking that Mick Jagger print would look outstanding on my wall!
I think it was Katherine Hepburn who said, "Life is short - eat dessert first!" I suggested this on a date once years ago and my date said, "I think that would be a very bad idea!" Needless to say, we did not go out again ;)
Mama Zen -
I was thinking the same thing!

Yeah - sounds like he wasn't a keeper. I often mix it up like that. :)
:)
BB is wanting his own FB now! What??
:0
xoxoxo
Facebook and I parted ways some time ago; it just got too much for me. I have 99 friends, or so it says, and I think that was the threshold at which I began to get misanthropic and wanted them to all just go away. ;)
Heritage on display in a cute way and a springy, citrusy trifle... delicious!
Love that Warhol piece! Hate to see your "exhibit" for the week close this time!
Wonder how long it'll take BB to find his surprize over at ESR...
I'm really good at eating desert FOR dinner! Never heard of triffle with those ingredients- sounds scrumptiously delish! Usually i just get to eat the chocolate cake, cool-whip ones...
lucky you
Jannie -
I think Blue Bunny will end up with a zillion friends. Wonder if there is a Pink Bunny? Hmmm...

A woman I went to high school with "suggested" other high school friends and that's where a lot of them came from. The funny thing is - I wasn't friends with some of them back then at all.
It is one way I keep up with certain family members who live far away.
Cheers to spring!
Snaggle -
I like Blue Bunny's Warhol pic!
Dessert FOR dinner - I confess I have done that, too. :) I am going to try to get that recipe and if I do I'll send it to you.
Hi Lynnie...
