Over the rooftops, tea party and another world

- Arriving the back way for a meeting with clients to find them having their own meeting at a picnic table in the parking lot. While over the rooftops a giant fish prepares to take over Atlanta.

- A meeting with another client turns into an elegant tea party, sitting at her polished dining room table and sipping hot tea from china cups.

- Walking through the remnants of a party / reception in the lobby of Georgia Public Broadcasting, in which the guests have departed and a lone piano player seems lost in another world as his fingers fly over the keys.

I hope you have a happy weekend! Peace.

Now that fish looks scary! :D

I hope you stuck out your little finger as you held your china tea cup? :D

Have a great weekend Lynn. Don't eat too many creme eggs.

Joe -

He graces the front of a restaurant called The Atlanta Fish Market - I always love to see him at this angle. :) http://www.buckheadrestaurants.com/afm.html

No pinky out. And no creme eggs - trying to drop some winter weight - it's hard.

What a cool fish!

I'm just relieved that fish isn't jumping for a seriously huge fly! :)

I love that - from picnic tables to dining tables. That's the stuff of interesting meetings.

I found a creme egg yesterday in my purse. I'd forgotten I'd bought it. Yes, I had to eat it. It was stale though - no runny yoke. Maybe that will be enough to keep me off the eggs until next year - lol!

Lynn, I have to tell you, if I woke up one morning and saw that fish monster outside my window, I'd dive back under the covers and wet myself.

That's one huge sea bass!
I'd love to have the funds to cast such a huge bronze work someday!
I have some French imported teacups that need to be sold- I never use them! I like large mugs-
Those are my fav musicians- ones who love doing it so much, they do it for themselves, even if no one is listening- plus piano does carry quite a distance- I miss some of my old pianist pals- I'd like to be lost with him for awhile!
Have a good week-end- I'm working (rats)

Yum, the Atlanta Fish Market. :) It sounds like you had a lovely day. My favorite bit, tho, is the image of that lone piano player, lost in the music long after the party has ended.

Mama Zen -

Isn't it great?

The pollen is hitting our area hard now and that makes it difficult to sit outdoors. So I wouldn't want any outdoor meetings, but they were basking in the sun the other day.

Too bad about that egg. :)

Riot Kitty -

How funny! The stuff of potential bad dreams, that fish.

Snaggle Tooth -

The piano man had his eyes closed and it was clear he was playing for the shear love of it.

Meredith -

I stood at the guards' desk and listened for a bit before I left. Lovely lovely moment.

Love fish but this one sure looks scary...out of the deep.

"...a lone piano player seems lost in another world as his fingers fly over the keys." Beautiful observation.

Shyamanga -

He is kind of scary indeed. :)

Thank you - I loved happening upon the piano man, while workers quietly cleaned up after the party.

I'm with Snaggle on wanting to be lost with that piano guy a while, just listening, as you did.

Wonderful to hear you are not only drumming up printing business, but meeting in such fun (and fancy!) places! Did you have scones with that tea?? :)

xoxo

No scone, but was offered a cookie. :)

Such a big one. It's as if from a Sci Fi movie :-)

I know! I should photograph it from the front and post it. Still scary looking though.
